One on One Live Internet Training

Our training staff is able to provide live internet training in which we can share our computer screen and navigate you through the Captaloans Software. We can show you how you can add loans to your pipeline, import loan modification leads, or set up branch offices for each of your mortgage brokers.

Group Internet Training

Our live Internet training services can be extended to train multiple users at different physical locations. Conference call numbers will be provided with access to up to 15 people. Live internet demos allow you to bring your entire team together for training no matter where they are located. Allow your processor, attorney, mortgage broker, and sales agents to all attend training ask questions.

Importing Data

Captaloans comes with a Data Import Wizard to easily import your data, but sometimes it’s just easier to have the pros do it. Let us easily import your address book, loan mod leads, or mortgage data into Captaloans.

We can enable customer leads to go from your website directly into Captaloans. If you use an internet lead provider let us work with them to get your leads posted directly into Captaloans for seamless, automated lead tracking.

$50 per hour billed in 30 minute increments
