Export and Backup

One of the powerful features of Captaloans is the ability to export all of your loan modification data.  This feature is available to any administrator of your account.  Using the export feature you can export all of the customer contacts, your mortgage leads, or all of your loan modification case files.  The export will produce a CSV file which you can save to your local computer.  CSV is a file format that is native to Excel and the file can be opened with most spreadsheet software applications.   You can open up the file using Excel, save the file as your own private backup, or you can even import your data into another application.
